Q600c not connecting to SmartThings

Hi, I have just ordered the Q600C soundbar. It connects with my TV no problem, however trying to get the tv and soundbar to play at the same time ( Q Symphony) but to do that it says I need to connect to SmartThings but SmartThings isn’t finding the device and when I try to manually search it’s saying it isn’t a compatible device?

  • It has no WiFi, only the q700c upwards have WiFi, so it won't connect to smart things. If you go to the home bar along to the settings, up and back to sound option icon. You can scroll thru the sound options here TV, receiver, TV+ receiver, and optical are available. Hope this helps. Also press up on the soundbar icon on this bar, and your equaliser is adjustable onscreen in standard mode.
