No picture on sky q when changing sources

If I'm watching my firestick when I go back to putting on sky q I'm getting no picture then only way to get it back is to switch everything off does anyone know how to fix this as it's very annoying having to wait till the sky box loads up

Not much of  a fix but more of a work around. If you put your sky Q box into standby before switching sources or using any of the tv apps the box doesn't crash. Hopefully Sky/Samsung will address this with a software update.

Does anyone know if a solution to this is imminent? Recently purchased a Samsung TV as I thought they were superior but wishing I'd stuck with LG now. We've had nothing but problems and this is starting to get really annoying. Such a fundamental error to make, how has Samsung not tested this in R&D before release?
