Netflix or prime video is not working on blurey player it showing on screen but can't play it

Hi @michal711 can you name your Blu-ray model? Not saying it is necessarily the case here but these apps are not supported in some older models (though tends to be be ones around 10 years old) https://www.whathifi.com/news/has-your-netflix-stopped-working-this-might-be-why otherwise are apps/Blueray on latest updates. can generally reset by holding fast forward button for more than 5 seconds (but may vary), should be able to do it from Remote Settings.
