Hi,
I'm desperately trying to play songs or radio via Google voice control on the Music Frame HW-LS60D.
This is what I have done so far:
Added Music Frame to SmartThings
SmartThings: enabled Google Assistant in Voice Assistant settings
But the device just doesn't react on voice commands like "Hey Google" or "Ok Google"
I also wonder if the Frame also supports YoutubeMusic via Google Assistant?

Thanks for your quick reply and the recommendations
"Check your google account
Make sure your device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network or account as your speaker."
--> I don't really get this hint, my device (Music Frame) IS the speaker. Of course the Frame is connected to the same Wi-Fi as all my other Google Assistant compatible devices that work well with voice control (like Nest Audio, Sonos Roam, Sonos Beam, ...)
"In the google Home app, verify that the correct Google account is linked"
--> That's definitely the case.
"Choose a default music service
In the Google Home app, go to Settings, then Music. Select the music service you want to use as your default"
--> YouTube Music is enabled, and works well with all my other speakers.
Any other suggestions? I'm about to return the Frame. Visually it's great, and the sound (tested via Bluetooth) is also ok... but the UX... 😞

Samsung Support chat just confirmed that the Music Frame does NOT support Google Assistant, the info on the Samsung website ("Effortlessly control your Music Frame with Amazon Alexa built-in* and Google voice assistant. ") is just wrong.
Great!

Had the same problems and was doing my head in contacted Samsung. Suggested I contact Google which I've not done. See image, apparently Google have removed this functionality from Google Home.
