I want to fit my " QN800C Neo QLED 8K HDR Smart TV and HW-Q990C/XU sound bar into a media wall. How much space should I leave around them to get the best sound out?

25 - 50 mm should be enough. If you've got a hole in the wall at the back of the unit for routing cables, then that will help with airflow, too.

Just to add the soundbar needs a lot more due to the upfiring and side firing speakers.
