Since I have a pair of Sony whxm5 headphones and earbuds which support Sony's head tracking and spatial audio I hope I can use this feature in the future on my Samsung phone because I don't wanna throw away my expensive headphones just because Samsung doesnt support the feature and I don't really wanna buy a pair of galaxy buds just to try out the feature like come on it makes sense not all of us have galaxy buds u know.
You can make a request to Samsung to have this feature added via your Samsung members app. Just tap on the 'Support ' section at the bottom of the page and tap on 'Ask questions '. No guarantee they will, but there's no harm in asking.
