HW-S801B Woofer humming

I've recently purchased a HW-S801B soundbar and set it up.
But the subwoofer has a constant low humming sound from the speaker, almost like feedback. 
After updating firmware, nothing has changed and the speaker still hums.

Is there anything I can do about this?

Still having the issue. Contacted Samsung support who said they'll book an engineer to visit the house and text me a time, but haven't had anything yet

Did any of you manage to resolve this issue? I even sent my subwoofer to Samsung twice but they just replied that they cannot replicate the problem while I can clearly measure the humming with a spectrometer…

I think it’s normal and nothing will be done about it.
