HW-Q960A stopped responding to most functions

It started with it shutting down after around 10 mins. Like its going into sleep mode for some reason.

Then i noticed the volume didn't always respond, so i changed the remote batteries. Now volume doesn't change at all when trying to using the remote for volume (or sub).
It does respond to: Pairing and change source (HDMI etc). Nothing else.

Not being able to change the volume is of course making it rather useless. 

What could be the issue? The remote? The soundbar itself? 

I've tried updating it, but it doesn't seem to respond to it, or i've already done it (2023 firmware) but i don't recall doing it..

I'm using it with Optical cable. 

I removed the cable from the power outlet for some hour, didn't change anything.

So, i removed ALL cables from the power outlets and left it over night. This morning it does respond to the volume controls again and everything else i think! Last time i only removed the sub perhaps. 

Maybe useful for someone else running into this issue. One of the weirder ones i've had with any electronics i have to say.

Will be interesting to see if it still turns off after 10'ish mins, haven't checked that yet.
