HW-Q810D : LED display on the soundbar not working

Hello, 

I have an HW-Q810D soundbar that I purchased in June. For the past two days, the LED display on the soundbar has not been working. The video and sound are still working, but I can no longer see information on the soundbar such as volume, source, etc.

Do you have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
