Hey, just received the soundbar and the subwoofer is useless. Barely any sound... My phone has more bass than this big sub... It's at max volume: I tried HDMI, BT... This is an utter joke.
It got the steady blue light. Don't seem to have a connection issue. It produces a bit of sound but barely anything. Never had such bad sub...
Smasung seems aware but do nothing...

@Q60TSub: Sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your subwoofer volume. What TV do you have the soundbar connected to, and what connection method are you using? Can you try pressing the Down button on the remote control for around 5 seconds so 'V Free' is displayed on the soundbar? If 'V Lock' appears, repeat the process so 'V Free' is shown, as this will remove any volume restrictions in place on the device. Also, if you press the Sound Control button on the remote and select 'Bass', are you able to adjust the volume and frequency to address the issue? Similarly, if you press the Woofer rocker button on the remote, can you adjust the volume?
