Greetings, i have a HW-J355/xu soundbar. Had to fit a new optical board as previous was not locking in. Now cannot get any sound via the optical port. Am trying to reset to factory with no joy. I remember years ago i had to do it and found some obscure site that said to press 2 certain keys on the remote which worked. Tv and toslink working fine as tried another speaker. Anybody know the 2 button method, not vol + & -.
