Freestyle - Software Update is Greyed Out

Hi,

I have updated the software on numerous occasions on my Freestyle projector, but today I thought I would check to see if there was any updates, and I couldn’t. It was greyed out & “Unavailable”. The internet connection is fine.

Hi @PeteC_UK  The latest update seems to be 1503 but a number of Members reported issues after this update though in some cases resolved via workarounds  such as restarting. See more information here https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/audio-video/freestyle-update-removes-home-screen/td-p/7652235 

Update being greyed out is usually caused by internet issue  (whilst seems fine could reboot Router) or  being on wrong source.
