Hi,
Try this one:
just unplugg all HDMI or other connection from Tv/Tv receiver backside.
Put only 1 cable again HDMI cable from sound receiver (ARC) back to Tv receiver on HDMI (ARC ).
Turn on and off 1-2 times the surround receiver.
Now you should get sound on surround system:)
if still not press source again again on surround remote till you hear sound.
