Sometimes you have to put Bluetooth earphones into pairing mode (otherwise anyone could pair with them). This usually involves holding the buttons/ covering a sensor etc. for 5 or so seconds. If you can't figure it out then look in the setup guide which came with the earphones (or search for the guide online). Good luck π€
