BD-J7500/XU

Our video club's new BD-7500/XU plays some members' videos from memory sticks in mts, m2ts & mpeg4 formats, but other members find theirs won't play. On these occasions, the screen message says "mp4 codec not supported" or "H264 codec not supported", yet the user manual clearly states they are! Any ideas?

Hi @JDA1. Is the firmware up to date on your Blu-ray player? The latest version is 1021.0 and can be downloaded here and installed via USB stick.
