Freestyle Auto Keystone and Auto focus does not work

Hi,

I have bought the Freestyle projector in April 2023,

I was using good  till yesterday, auto keystone and focus not working anymore.
It is only working when the projector is quite near to wall, a few steps back, it is not working. 
I have tried to clean the front and reset the device. No solution.
Can I get help for real?

I really don't think that we can do much for you here in the community.
I've read that you already done a reset on the device but it is still not working 😕

I'm afraid that you need a specialized technician to check your device.

I hope you still have the receipt because you need to bring a copy of it to an authorized service center when you bring in your Freestyle.

Same for me today, an update was done with the device so i think samsung themselves are the problem. Please rewind the update or change it - pronto - Thanks!

I also have a lock at the settings as keystone and focus after the last update (somewhere last week)

 

can we go back to the old firmware?

I'm sorry for what happened.

Have you both encountered the issue after a software update of your Freestyle?

Have you already tried to correct screen distortion from Settings > Keystone menu? 

If yes, I suggest you to do a factory reset:
