Samsung pass not working

I am correctly registered in samsung pass and it does ask me to save the passwords but then even if I touch remind, it doesn't, no saved password is shown on the app. All settings are active and on samsung browser I chose to save all the informations in samsung pass.

are you using the Samsung Internet browser or others, like Chrome? Consider that Samsung pass work only with our browser.

 

Have you already tried to delete all the app data? Please, follow the next steps:

 

  • settings
  • apps
  • Samsung Pass
  • storage
  • clear data and cache

 

Please, make the procedure again for 'Samsung Pass Provider' too.

 

Could you please make a test using our browser and Samsung Pass when the phone is in secure mode?
