account problem when changing phone after a phone crash

Bonjour,

Mon dernier téléphone Samsung est tombé en panne. J'en ai acheté un nouveau.

Quand je veux synchroniser ma galerie sur onedrive et que j'essaie de me connecter avec mon compte microsoft, samsung me dit "votre compte microsoft est déjà connecté à un compte samsung et vous ne pouvez connecter qu'un seul compte microsoft à un compte samsung" donc je suis bloqué à cette étape.

ou puis je voir quel compte microsoft est connecté à mon compte samsung ?

Just checking, are you trying to login with a different Samsung account, if so why?

Either way i think only the synchronised Samsung account can break the link.

Shame the live Translate only works for SMS.

you're right. I changed my account because I couldn't get my one drive sync to work with my new phone.

I thought it would be better to create my microsoft account as a samsung account ...
I understand i need to break the link between the accounts. So where can I break the link between samsung and microsoft accounts?
