My current recommendation would be contact Samung support. Could you also please check this wasn't something like a power cut or the plug coming loose from the socket. There also should be a little red dot sticking out of the display, if thats still on - the TVs just turned off.

Mi recomendación actual es contactar con el soporte técnico de Samsung. ¿Podrías comprobar que no se trata de un corte de luz ni de que el enchufe se ha soltado? Debería aparecer un pequeño punto rojo en la pantalla; si sigue encendido, el televisor se acaba de apagar.
