Could you check if the error also appears in safe mode?
To access it, simply turn off your smartphone, turn it back on and hold down the low volume key for the duration of the ignition. Alternatively, please follow this guide:
This is a test mode, so you will not be able to access third-party apps. To exit this mode, simply turn your smartphone off and on again as normal.
Could you update us on the situation?
