Cannot get code to work, only to find out you have to be a new user to qualify, never seen any mention of this when I spent a fortune on a new tablet, wouldn't of choose this if I knew.

We're sad you feel this way @mikemcew180. As part of the T&C's for this offer, it was stipulated that:

"Those who are currently or previously subscribed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate are not eligible for the 3 month promotion".

I would of choose the case that's all not the controller etc. it's a shame that these offers are only for folk who's not had them before. should also be more visible rather than in small print.
