Anyone help?
I have FOUR SmartTag2's.
SmartThings sees them all, knows when you are nearby, but i can't add them to my account. I have reset them, tried new batteries in them. I have tried my phone and an old phone i have. I have tried my Wifi, my phone network, via a VPN and even taken them to Tesco to try!
They are seen by the app, it tries to add them, it gets to "Registering to your account.... " and then errors saying "Cannot connect to Tag network".
I have tried SO many times - as i've tried multiple tags, multiple phones and multiple connections, the only single thing left is my Samsung Account, but support just throw me back to Amazon for faulty tags - but the error says the PHONE cant connect to the Tag network!!!

Don't bother. No Galaxy device is ever going to detect your tags if you lose an item anyway.
