Can't connect my tags to my new phone.says they are still attached to the old phone.cant find them on the old phone to remoremove them. Any ideas?

Hi and welcome to the forum. I just set up my new phone yesterday, I used Smart switch and could access the tag on the new phone straight away after it downloaded some software. Did you set up your new phone with smart switch or start afresh? Have you tried removing the device in the smarthings app on your old phone?

Should just transfer over with your Samsung account? That's what mine did, I've got 7 in use at the moment, all just came over?
