Smart tag 2

I have a problem with this tag 2 

Was few weeks ok every smart tag 2 is connected to my phone . From today I get firmware updates to this smart tag 2 

And from 4 tags only one is conected, rest of tags was added but show me conecting... and I can't connect, I make hard resetting all this smart tag 2 no result , phone seeing this all tags, when I click find tag show me it is near me , but I can't play sound to tag to find him because show all the time connecting.... and can't connect weird imo , someone have that issue?

No I don't have this issues...could try removing them from your account and starting the set up again from the start

I had similar, but not completely the same. Tags no longer ring, even though if you click on them, they beep to show they are working.
