• HI, WHEN I TRY TO CHARGE MY SMART REMOTE IT DOESNT CHARGE, EVEN AFTER 12 HOURS IN THE DAYLIGHT/SUNLIGHT THE 81% CHARGE STAYED AT 81%.  ANY THOUGHTS.  THANKS

I have an issue with my remote as well… I have plugged in my remote and all it does is repeatedly flash. When I push the power button and use my S24 Ultra camera, I don’t see the IR working either. Also tried pushing the 2 buttons to reconnect and that does nothing either. Frustrating as this is now my 2nd remote since December 2022.

any ideas how to get it to charge? Thanks
