I recently bought a 2 TB SSD and then connected it to the PC and formatted it to NTFS. But now when I connect it to my mobile, it says it's NTFS formatted and I can't copy or move files. What can I do now to back up my data?

Welcome to the Samsung UK and EU forum! Could you not back up to the PC and copy it over as a solution?

It's working now. I just formatted it to exFAT, and then it worked fine. Thanks for your help.
