I was told to log a claim on samsungpromotions.claims/chromebookoffer however the site returns with a bad gateway error message- anyone know what the issue is or how to resolve? Thanks

I'm having the same issues. When I get to page that says upload a picture of IMEI1 number it won't let me do it
