I was told to log a claim on samsungpromotions.claims/chromebookoffer however the site returns with a bad gateway error message- anyone know what the issue is or how to resolve? Thanks

Same here. And when I do it another way it says that I haven't purchased the phone at the right time for the offer when I have details from Vodafone saying I have!

Thanks. The link works but when you uploaded proof or purchase did you have an issue? Mine Is greyed out and says upload fail when I press continue. Feel like it should be in colour and might take a while to upload?? They are not making this process easy!!!

No issue. I just took photo of invoice that came with phone
