Power bank not charging

I have the 10000 EB-U1200 power bank w/wireless charging. it was working fine for a couple years. Recently, It stopper charging up all together. I only see one indicator light flashes 5 times and then stays off and the other tiny light next to that flashes red, green and yellow. After that no lights at all. How can I fix this? I purchased this charger directly from Samsung. This was my dependable go to.

• Hello this model is quite old this year it will be 6 years old it's been around since the note 9 u should be lucky it lasted 5 years and its most probably the port mines port holder is broken so it wiggles which disturbs charging but its fines overall u can just use the wireless pad don't get it open by the locals just go to Samsung if they are willing to fix it let them no then just get a new one  mine one stops charging without the support of wall its old and yes the yellow green red are for wireless and the 4 leds blinking are indicating its the wire or the phone
