package came empty

My package from Samsung came empty. It was just a charger, now it is a small item. But how should i go about getting a refund. Just wondering. I tried contacting someone with the chat on site but never recieved my refund. So after that I decided it would be better to ask community.

well working on it now. may get another one instead of a refund. it was a promotional item

you should like he said take it up with them or get replacements elsewhere. surely you have by now

Nope every time I contacted samsung to tell them they hadn't arrived they said they would send more and that I was to wait another 30 days for them to arrive

well i've got about 36ish hours at most till i am "supposed" to get a refund. i'll stay  in touch
