AccessoriesHey, I ordered some Galaxy Buds 2 thru Affirm on my Shop Samsung app. I was approved but I'm not getting ANY word from Samsung at all. When I call Affirm, they confirm the loans and claim that Samsung is still processing the order. I call Samsung and I can't get no answer and I keep being told that I'll get an email. What on earth kind of trickery is this? This is bad when Samsung leaves paying customers with no comfort of knowing what's going on with their orders. And, the order is for pick-up at Best Buy so I should have to wait on some shipment to recieve confirmation or a email. This buying experience is horrible. I wonder if anyone else has gone thru this. Please give me insight!
