Only the left side of my Akg Headphones work

I just got the akg y500 wireless headphones I took them out of the box paired them up and just the left side works the right doesn't work i tried using the audio jack that came with them but that still doesn't work

I'm sad to hear that. When and where did you get this from? Have you tried to contact the seller to get them replaced?

I bought and a71 and got them free from Samsung 

I got the headphones half an hour ago

I had the same problem. I left mine in the charging case. When the case is fully charged the right hand side of the head phones will automatically start to charge up.

That is fine @Members_fZUTf0d , have you tried to connect this to a different device to check if they are working? In the case that they don't work, please reach the Promotions Team by email at akgy500@samsungpromotions.claims or by phone at 0333 016 405 (UK) to get them replaced.

Yes I tried to connect it to my friends samsung so that still had the issue i will do that thank you
