Dose anyone else get this message keep on popping up on their phone while you are using it. If so have you had the problem sorted and what was the cause. Messaged Samsung help 5 times and had no reply.

I've not had this on my s8.
Have you tried ejecting the tray and pushing it back firmly.
A Samsung Experience Store and or Samsung Service Location can take a look.
