FREE EARBUDS WITH WITH S20

Has anyone any advice with regards to claiming the free earbuds? Bought my phone on contract 05/07/20 on 02 and can find nothing to help me collect my free ear buds as advertised.

Claims need to be made between 30-60 days after purchase.

yes I had frustrations with this as I was TWICE sent the incorrect link which led to a 'closed promotion' response.

I have just made another phone call and have been sent the correct link and have now just successfully made my claim..

here is the link I was sent (incase you get sent the WRONG link like I did TWICE 🤦🏾)

HI i was unable to to claim for the samsung wireless headphones when i purchased my samsung s20. I am getting to the point where i no longer want to buy samsungs due to false advertising and lack of support during this matter. Twice they gave me a broken link and i couldnt get any support it was like as if they didnt know how to help me. worst experience ever i wont be buying a samsung again after this
