Fold 5 slim case, S Pen not very secure

Anyone else with the fold 5 Slim case find that the S pen is loose and turns in the case, feel I'm going to loose the S pen as its not very secure or have I got a dodgy case

You should find it snaps into place
Just make sure the writing tip is pointing down and goes into the case first
The S Pen should fit securely and if not you may have to return it if its faulty.
My one fits snugly and will only come out using the sliding button

Yeah mine is not snug, loose and turns in the case and falls out

Been a few posts about this problem on this site in the last few days.

I tried to search before posting but got no results, glad it's not just me, it's a shame as the case is great but let down by the S pen and not great for the price

Hi guys,

To help narrow it down why it’s only some cases/S Pens it’s happening on, can you please share:

• Which colour of case you’ve got?
• Which retailer you got it from? (And if it came as part of a promotion Starter Pack bundle with your Z Fold5 or was purchased completely separately.)

I'll flag it on the Samsung-side too.
