My right earbud has disconnected and I cant get it to reconnect what can I do to get it connecting again

The battery may have died on the right earbud. I would recommend that you put the buds back in their case and plug the case in to a charger and leave it to charge for at least an hour.

@Kitkat2kat: If your Buds are charged sufficiently, then can you try placing your Galaxy Buds back in their case for 10-15 seconds, and close the lid. Reopen the case to enable Bluetooth pairing mode, and check your phone's screen. If this doesn't work, please make sure that you are within 10 metres of your phone to stay in range of the Bluetooth connection. I also recommend checking for an update on the Galaxy Wearables app by going to About Earbuds > Update Earbud Software > Download and Install, to see if this helps.

press and hold each bud till you hear a double beep I think

I left it for 1hr or bit more to charge and nothing shows on the app and still off

it wont let me update with just 1 earpod connected

Disconnect from device forget it then locate n link up again... Worked for me 2 times.
