Compatibility Issue with i-tec C31NANODOCKPROPD Docking Station and Galaxy S24

Hello,

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S24 with the i-tec C31NANODOCKPROPD docking station, which connects to a display via HDMI and to a keyboard and mouse via USB. 

The display works perfectly in Samsung DeX mode, but the keyboard and mouse are not recognized. 

Interestingly, when I use the same docking station with my older Galaxy A40, the display doesn't work (as expected due to no DeX support), but the keyboard and mouse are detected and functional.

Can you confirm if the Galaxy S24 has specific requirements for docking stations or USB peripherals in DeX mode? Is the i-tec C31NANODOCKPROPD compatible with the S24 for full functionality, or are there settings I need to adjust to enable USB peripherals?

Hallo @Sensei-san,

Thank you for your message. The only thing I can think of right now is that one of the device is using to much power. Is everything up-to-date and have you tried using a different keyboard and mouse?
