My son's phone updated a week ago. Asks for the password, one that he didn't set up. I have gone to Verizon I have talked to Samsung. NO ONE can help. All they keep saying is factory reset. Why is this happening after an update?!? Get it together!

You would have set up a password when setting up the phone, It is required. This is also the UK forume.

Try his email password if he is using his email for Samsung account
