Hey there, I'm trying to add my credit card to Samsung Wallet, and the only thing that is stopping me is entering the ZIP code. I live in the UK, so I would use a postcode. The ZIP code field only let's me enter 5 numbers, whereas postcodes have more than 5 characters and letters.
Please advise, thanks.

Well, as you are currently experiencing, yes, it's a problem as you can't use Samsung Wallet. With regards to 'changing it', then you'll need to ask elsewhere as we are unable to give instructions regarding flashing, rooting, etc as it's against community guidelines. Your best bet is to Google it. With regards to the actual purchase via Amazon, then you could try getting your money back, especially if the phone was advertised as for use in the UK.

Thanks. Used or new? It could be that the device was meant for another region. Your CSC code will confirm this.

Post a screenshot so we can advise further. Settings>about phone >software information > service provider software version

If the phone was refurbished, then it might not be intended for use in the UK.1720609116853.jpg

United States CSC code. Suspect the phone has been flashed too.
