For those who are neurodivergent be aware that customer care and support is very poor and not very ND friendly.

I have been asked to deal with third companies in relation to my repair. I ended up speaking with several different samsung agents and was on several times asked to contact third party companies to get my repair done.  Also the information I have been given kept changing.

Unfortunately samsung are not the best company for dealing with anyone with a disability obvious or not obvious.

@Members_hDpXu8p  Live chat can be a good option initially but not always available and some matters they may not be able to deal with. Think a variety of companies need more training in neurodiversy though.

As a ND individual myself I do understand it can be quite difficult when speaking with people who have no experience or isn't really aware of ND.

Companies in general need to up their game in relation to this.

However, in saying this, I always find it useful to highlight to my conditions and request reasonable adjustments to be made for example, to speak at a slower pace or if I'm just not processing what they're advising then explain in simpler terms etc or to email me so I can read and digest later on if needed.

As suggested by @JAMES4578 using live chat options can be a good way forward if the issue can be dealt with or have someone speak on your behalf, with your permission while you're with them.

We want all our customers to have the best possible experience when they get in touch, therefore if you have any special requests or requirements surrounding a disability, then please don't hesitate to let the advisor you're speaking with know. This way, notes can be placed on your account for other agents to adhere to, and steps can be put in place to accommodate your needs.

Your right james most companies like to think they are disability aware and will do everything for equality but its all buzz words for them to use for advertising.
