Hi,

How do I update my phone so that I am the administrator. I have recently moved into a new place and it says someone else is the admin but I can't find out enough that is.

Can you please explain further? Did you buy the phone new or used?

If the latter, it should have been factory reset by the seller removing any accounts and security on it.

Not understanding the relevance of moving to a new place.

 omg Piper praying 🙏🏼 your still reciveing notice for this thread! I have a regular Samsung a Galaxy s24 I did get it used but of course it was factory data reset and wiped totally hooked up to completely different provider new Sim etc etc in the permission setting I try to change certain permissions I think that it's in the secure folders which I don't even know why they secure folders were initiated but they were it could have been by me by accident but then I get this notification and I'm not totally like a literate when it comes to computers especially Samsung Galaxys but this one is just baffles me I'm very few people have heard of it or have experienced it and it's hard to find information on it maybe you know that would be a godsend thank you!

It looks like you've bought an Enterprise Edition device which may be still locked by the original buyer or their IT department.

I would try to get my money been if it were me.

Well.forgot that it was gotten in some clandestine manner on the street; or at least the person that sold it to me for an extremely low price of like a better 150 bucks two years ago you know he seemed to be that type so I had to assume that it came from nefarious means although it was not blacklisted and it just says it's locked by my it admin so no kind of reset factory data and nothing will get rid of that? And if not what does that mean can they what can they act as if anything

Just to know if you fax it is 2 years old I'm online I got tons of social media presents which my ex-husband, had previously hacked so bad I lost like $70,000 followers all my social media accounts are like 17 years old all my gmails several times over by him back then and nothing of that sort has happened with this handset;  by the way just happens to be our wedding anniversary right now today nefarious music implied LOL but I've never had one issue with this phone so far as being felt like I was having a butt watched or you know someone was looking at my emails or anything like that so nothing has afforded any ill gotten games besides I can't change certain permissions
