Hi there!
I have an s10 that is over a year and a half old and it is starting to cause issues for me. A couple days ago, I look at my phone and try to enter my phone, and it is all of a sudden acting in "accessibility" mode, as if the phone might have thought that I have visual impairments. It took me a little while to figure it out, and I eventually evaded the issue.
I woke up today, and I went to access my phone, the same thing happened out of the blue. I have tried to reset the settings on it, but I am not sure if a factory reset will set everything back to default again. If anyone has any advice, tips, or insight, it would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

@Jenifer245 Hello, try Reset accessibility settings, from Settings / General administration / Reset / Reset accessibility settings. You do not lose personal data. Comment us, greetings.
