Galaxy watch not counting floors after software update

Observer

Recently my Galaxy Watch no longer counts floors after the last software grade. I've tried clearing cache and data via the phone as per other suggestions, rebooted both watch and phone and still not change. Can you please advise what else I can try in order to resolve this issue.
