Can anyone please advise, since Friday evening my Galaxy tab S2 has been in a continuous reboot loop and I'm unable to access it. One Customer Service operative talked me through the factory reset which worked until the screen advised it was "installing applications" then it just hangs there doing nothing until the battery dies and the whole process is repeated - we never get past the "installing applications" message Customer Service have not resolved this issue and they have been about as useful as a chocolate teapot so I'm left with a tab that is useless. Any advice would be greatly received. Thanks, Jules
