Have just bought a 7 series UHD Samsung TV and am setting it up. Just got to the stage where I need to connect to the Internet.
I selected my wifi network, keyed in the password , checked that the password was correct (‘show password’), then pressed ‘done.’
The response was ‘wireless network disconnected.’ Wifi was still working as I was receiving WhatsApp messages throughout. Password was correct. I tried switching the router off and on again, but had the same response.
Anyone had this problem before?
Any tips on how to solve this?

All’s well. I called my internet service provider. They remotely rebooted the router and the TV immediately got onto the wifi.
