Galaxy Watch 7: no speed and no distance measurements

I have no distance and speed measurements during bicycle run on Galaxy Watch 7. Help me how to solve this problem.

Hi! What smartphone do you use? Did you run the training program while cycling? Has the phone registered that training? Was GPS switched on? Go to settings and check Health app permits - almost all of them must be allowed to run the app correctly.

I use Samsung Galaxy S24

I runthe trading program white cycling.

The Phone registered that training.

Location was switchrd on.

All apple are allowed to use the lovation ( the exact one if possible).

All 17 tests of the Galaxy Wach 8 passed correctly.

Conclusion: no distance and speed measurements work during the bicycle trading. What is gong on?

Did you use Samsung Health before? Have you got any data registered by the app?
Disconnect Galaxy Watch and check if the phone itself register your data.
Go to Settings -> Apps -> Samsung Health -> Storage. You can clear Cache and Data.
