Since January 1st the wearable app does not load the info for my galaxy watch 4. I tried removing the app and installing again. I even reset my watch but still does not work. Can anyon help?

I managed to get it to work. The trick is to turn off automatic date and timezone and to set the date somewhere in 2023.

I also have this issue and have reported it via Samsung Members app > Support > Send feedback > Error report. As this has happened suddenly and others have also reported this issue, I suspect some issue at Samsung end with login or connectivity and should resolve on its own.

Best to report this issue so that Samsung is aware.

Same problem here. After updating my Watch5 last Tuesday it's no longer possible to connect with my S21 phone. Phone is fine, watch5 is now just a watch...HELP
