Galaxy watch 4 doesn't connect

So I got an Galaxy watch 4. Its a used one but the woman used it for like a month and switched to a smaller size. So it's in great condition.

I have a 3 month old moto g60s with android 11 I believe but it doesn't want to connect to the watch. I can see the watch in as well the wearable app and in my Bluetooth devices but as soon i click on it it stops connecting. Watch says I need to confirm on phone and phone stops. Help.

Oh my phone does connect with my wireless headpho

Hi Kaylee,

Sad to hear about the connection issues. Did you tried to do a hard reset on the Watch? And also reinstall the Galaxy Wearable app.

Also click "Forget device" in the Bluetooth settings of your Phone.
