It has been a year since I am having this issue with my Galaxy watches. Wenever I try to access notification settings for the watch in the wearable app, the app immediately crashes or show "Can't Show this settings" message. I can't allow my phone apps to send notifications to my Watch. For this reason, I sold my Galaxy watch 4 classic and got the new watch 6 classic 2 days ago. The issue seemed be fixed at first, but today again the same thing with this brand new watch 6 classic. I tried clearing cache of watch6 classic manager app and various other things and even reset the watch finally. Still no hope. I can't see a single notification of my phone in any of these Samsung watches since a year. I now had to come to this conclusion that Samsung's watches are totally useless. Can anyone respond to offer a solution to this please? Otherwise I would have to return the watch6 classic. The watch is beautiful however the only reason I wear smart watches is to get my phone's notifications and if I cant do this with such an expensive watch, then there is no reason for me to waste my money on this.

There must be a setting you've not turned on. I've the Watch 4 Classic connected to my S23U and I get all the notifications.
Have you been to the Galaxy Wearable app and made sure the apps you want notifications from are turned on in the watch settings?
It might be worth you turning on the "All" setting as indicated in my screenshot. If you haven't already of course.Screenshot_20230813_124712_Galaxy Watch4 Manager.jpg

Those setting were available in the wearable app quite long ago. After some updates the settings disappeared in my watch 4. When I try to access the settings it asks for resetting notification settings with a button in the watch6 manager which is useless and doesn't do anything infact. I can however open that page for selecting app in my phone from the watch but the apps doesn't load in my phone. I use z fold 5 and used z fold 4 before. In both of these phones or watch I get a blank screen where the phone apps never load.Screenshot_20230813_130528_Galaxy Watch6 Manager.jpgScreenshot_20230813_130550_Galaxy Watch6 Manager.jpg20230813_130619_1000055148_1691928390.jpg

Can you verify what phone you are using, if its samsung..
Have you tried this...
Go to the wearable app>app notifications
Do you see what's circled on the screen shot that I've posted?
If not tap on what you see and see what options you have.Screenshot_20230813_173645_Galaxy Watch5 Manager.jpg

Its been a while, infact three years since I am living in a complete Samsung ecosystem. Ive got the Z Fold5 with which the watch came. My UI might look a bit different in the pictures and thats because I use all the modules of Goodlock app to customize the UI. I tried to change the app filter options as you have circled in your picture. Didn't work. Nothing loads as you can see it in the pictures. Sorry, I don't know the solution. I can see how it's driving you mad.
Is there something in Goodlock thsts causing this issue.
Can you uninstall goodlock to see if everything is restored back to normal

Ive inspectied Goodlock modules. I tried to fix it by uninstalling them and then restarting the phone when I had the Watch4. I also tried to disable the developed mode and restarting to see if it fixes the issue or not. In a year of time I tried hundreds of things but nothing worked with the Watch4 and hence Ive sold it assuming it might be caused by some hardware degradation. After the Watch6 came it was working fine with the Goodlock modules and all the notification settings were visible in the Watch6 manager modules of wearable. But I don't know what just happened again today, but the issue showed again in the new Galaxy watch6 classic. I am now sure that it is a software bug that Samsung need to fix if they dont want to lose some of their very loyal customers.
