Found on the internet, these vibrations are apparently happening because of Google Maps mirroring being turned on. It helped others to toggle these settings on and off and restarting the watch.
I also had this vibration pattern happen a couple of times in the past 24 hours, one time while the watch was charging. This started after I accidentally used Google Maps on the phone in the bicycle mode (which has mirroring enabled), instead of the car mode and my watch started the mirroring mode. Prior to that, the watch didn't vibrate randomly at all.

I have the same issue when pressing the Quick button which is supposed to start Samsung Health. The screen goes black for a moment, I get o single vibration, the screen returns to clock face, then 3 vibrations a few seconds layer. The Health app does not open. If I change the action of the quick button from Health to torch for example, it works like a charm
